Our first appointment with you is where we embark on the opportunity to know more about our client. We listen carefully to your idea, so we can identify specific goals for your project. At the end of this session we hope to achieve a complete understanding and full expectation of your need. Expect us to offer professional suggestions and see our portfolio of work produced for other clients, to drive inspiration. We’ll also discuss budget, basic layout design and inspection of the area to be redesigned.
During this stage we draft a sketch of your vision, incorporating all elements and factors discussed. Usually done over a period of 24hrs. A project timeline is created including the scope of the project and estimates. When this is complete another appointment is scheduled with our clients to attain approval.
This stage of the process gives us another opportunity to perfect your idea and ensure we’re on the same path. Our clients will analyze and approve the design accordingly. Any amendments will be accommodated. At this stage we are now entering a contract agreement. The scope and timeline of this project will be communicated there after, production is ready to begin.
